Reservation/Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required in advance to guarantee your reservation as a commitment for the full period requested. Balance of payment is due and payable prior to or upon arrival. To cancel or re-schedule, written notice of cancellation must be received in advance. Please review the following policies. Deposits are fully refundable and transferable up to 21 days prior to arrival.

Reservations October 1 to Thursday prior to Memorial Day Weekend

Deposits are fully refundable up to 21 days prior to the arrival date.  Cancellation within 21 days, but up to 4 days prior to the arrival date would result in full forfeiture of the deposit unless the room(s) is resold. If the room(s) is sold, then the deposit will be fully refunded less an administration fee of $25 per room, per night.  Cancellation after 4 days prior to the arrival date will be charged the full amount of the stay unless the room(s) is resold. If the room(s) is sold, then the deposit will be fully refunded less an administration fee of $25 per room, per night.

Reservations Memorial Day Weekend to September 30

Deposits are fully refundable up to 21 days prior to the arrival date.  Cancellation within 21 days, but up to 10 days prior to the arrival date would result in full forfeiture of the deposit unless room(s) resold. If the room(s) is sold, then the deposit will be fully refunded less an administration fee of $50.00 per room, per night.  Cancellation after 10 days prior to the arrival date will be charged the full amount of the stay unless the room(s)is resold. If the room(s) is sold, then the deposit will be fully refunded less an administration fee of $50.00 per room, per night.

Extra Twin Bed:  $40.00 per night
Extra Person:  Additional charge

Hotel is ADA approved, wheelchair accessible and equipped with elevator.
